Network disruption for Kitewheel Environments

Resolved

From approximately 12:40 pm UTC to 14:40 pm UTC, a networking misconfiguration disrupted network access to Xponent servers rendering them unreachable from the internet. This resulted in full service disruption for clients running on kitewheel.com stacks for the duration of the incident. The issue has since been isolated, patched and full connectivity has been restored.
